Terms of Service for WidEase Website

By using the services or purchasing products from WidEase Website, you agree to act in accordance with the WidEase Website Community Guidelines and User Agreement at all times.
1. Accuracy of Information
The client is responsible for ensuring that all device information provided to WidEase Website is accurate and correct. This includes but is not limited to:
- Make
- Model
- Network of origin
- IMEI
Any discrepancies in the provided information may result in issues with the purchased service. Such discrepancies will be considered the responsibility of the client and may render the service ineligible for a refund and/or cancellation.
2. Non-Refundable Services
For services where WidEase Website is not directly responsible for the completion of the service, cancellations or refunds are not allowed while the service is in progress. This includes but is not limited to:
- iPhone SIM unlocking
- Carrier IMEI blacklist removal services
- T-Mobile and Metro PCS Device Unlock App services
3. Price and Completion Time Changes
For services where WidEase Website is not directly responsible for completion, prices and estimated completion times may change at any time without notice. This includes but is not limited to:
- iPhone SIM unlocking
- Carrier IMEI blacklist removal services
- T-Mobile and Metro PCS Device Unlock App services
4. Used Device Disclaimer
The client understands that a used device:
- May or may not have a manufacturer warranty (implied or otherwise).
- May or may not have internal defects undetectable by external examination.
- May or may not be compatible with their wireless provider of choice.
Any defect or issue preventing the device from functioning as expected after a service is purchased and performed is not the responsibility of WidEase Website and will not be grounds for a refund.
5. Post-Service Responsibility
Once a service has been performed and verified to the client’s satisfaction, the device becomes the sole responsibility of the client. The client accepts full responsibility for any further changes or modifications made to the device, whether software or hardware in nature. Any adverse changes or modifications may incur an additional service fee to rectify or reverse.
6. Android Device Screen Lock Removal Service
For the "Android Device Screen Lock Removal Service," the client warrants that the device is their personal legal property. By purchasing this service, the client agrees to release WidEase Website, its employees, and any associated affiliates, partners, or contractors from any civil or criminal liability resulting from violations of federal, state, or local privacy laws in connection with the performed service.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed upon request with proof of the transaction fee, if applicable, provided that the service or transaction meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.
