Replug device and make sure you see step2.

1- Connect Wifi 

2- Enable File Transfer mode 

3- Enable USB Debugging  & select “always allow usb debugging “ ✅

4- After debugging Allowed don't touch phone, even if you see screen off.

When you see status change to step 4 then your device is unlocked.

You will also get notification through your email.
